The price of power not progressing

So I managed a peaceful solution while visiting the crone world. Now the quest is on the stage "Learn the truth about the Atlas's creation" with a yellow text and marker under the text saying "Crone world". There does not seem to be anything else I can do down there though, there's no more dialog and Cassia does not have any new dialog options when I talk to her at the bridge. Is it a bug, am I missing something or will the quest progress later somehow?

Edit: At this stage the Harlequins tells me to leave. I tried this. :)
