The Crucible "Holy Relic" is actually an Archeotech terraforming device probably from the height of the Dark Age of Technology, that can also produce (albeit broken and willess) archeotech knowledge imbued humans that augment stuff with pictures (lol crazy tech).
Allowing the prophet to leave with it really helps your RT and gives one of the best Hammers in the game + epic RT skill stats, but may lead to a bad ending slide for Foulstone. This is because you take away the terraforming device making it a paradise and therefor cause a lot of unrest and possible reversal of all terraforming to that point. i know the good ending for Foulstone is that it becomes a place for all Saintly denominations living in peace. Not sure if there's a bad version of this with all out war between them and whether or not this decision effects that.
Anyways the Hammer does 25-35 Damage with 40% Penetration. Target must pass a -10 Toughness Check or become Stunned. If the Target fails the test, the attack has no Cooldown (can be used again, but costing AP of course Edit: I think, I haven't actually tested it yet lol).
