Just in case anyone takes me seriously which i know is no one, Orks are not banned from the game. I think it would be a great missed writing opportunity to leave them out of some future DLC. :) :)

From the description on the store page, I don't think there is much chance of it being added in Season Pass 1. Hopefully the game will sell well enough to get a season pass 2.

I mean, you do get an ork skull on your desk at the very least, plus Jae has history dealing with Orks, so it's not that they don't exist. I'm certain Owlcat will find a way to fit them in, be it DLC or a sequel.

every other 40k game has them or nids.

as an Ork player I'm OK with a game without either.

( maybe give the player an encounter with a freebooter or something like that that can be played for laughs)

Why not, it could be fun. They even could fit in lorewise if you find them on some distant world or spacehulk.
