Owl cats next game?
Ive only started this game, just finished the prologue but really enjoying it as i did kingmaker/wrath. Have owlcat announced what their next project is if they are doing another 40k game or pathfinder? or only mentioned possible dlc?

They have not announced anything yet. They only announced this game, about a year after their last one, too.

I want them to do another fantasy game similar to WoTR but ditch pathfinder rules. Just too convoluted.

I really enjoyed WOTR can understand people struggled but allowed you to really create your vision of a character which doesnt exist in 5e.(sword+board shield bash build)/cavalier.

just wait until you hit multiple game breaking bugs, then think about your willingness to give them money. It tends to dampen ones enthusiasm for their next project when you are struggling with the current project's results.

True, kingmaker was the worst for that, I waited a year before returning and had a blast, wrath had a few but was playable. Ive joined late only having started a day ago so seems ive dodged the worst? or are there still some?

Well any new Pathfinder game would probably be based on second edition, which streamlined things and uses an action-points-esque combat system not unlike what Rogue Trader is using.

If they stick to 40k though, I think they're almost obligated to make a Dark Heresy game, aka an investigative RPG where you're playing as the underlings of an Inquisitor.
It'd probably be similar to Rogue Trader, but you're way lower on the Imperial hierarchy (in fact the Inquisitor you're working for has probably never seen you in person).

Vampire The Masquerade Redemption remake would be great....

could work as many retinues for them are very diverse or different depending on there political power and three major orders.

They are looking for UE5 developer(s), so whatever it is might be on UE5. Hopefully, that has a positive effect on the performance of their games. While making polished games on Unity is not impossible (Genshin Impact as an example), UE5 does make it easier.

Chaos focused 40k game might be cool.

Before their next game I hope they continue with more dlcs expansions especially more characters for heretic playthrough, possibly with orks. There's a portion on the expanse map showing orks but we never get to those systems. More tyranid enemies would be nice, too.

Their next game? It’ll explore the long standing joke that all space marines are gay and the chapter base resembles a bath house more than an armory.

not even been a year since this released lmao, give them time to actually get this game into an acceptable state.

I have played to completion and none of the bumps along the way broke my game. None.

I have heard they're working on a shooter from within the Owlcat Discord, I'm really hoping it's not true, or at least that it's more complicated than that.

If they do make another 40k game - and that is admittedly a pretty big if - I hope it's either Dark Heresy or Black Crusade. Playing an Inquisitor or a Chaos Space Marine both sound like really fun premises, and on the latter note, doing an actual evil game would also be really fun.
