If they stick to 40k though, I think they're almost obligated to make a Dark Heresy game, aka an investigative RPG where you're playing as the underlings of an Inquisitor.
It'd probably be similar to Rogue Trader, but you're way lower on the Imperial hierarchy (in fact the Inquisitor you're working for has probably never seen you in person).
If they do make another 40k game - and that is admittedly a pretty big if - I hope it's either Dark Heresy or Black Crusade. Playing an Inquisitor or a Chaos Space Marine both sound like really fun premises, and on the latter note, doing an actual evil game would also be really fun.
