1. When you arrive in the Dark City, start killing all the neutral beggars for Stims and something Kits. The former removes a narrative debuff per use and the latter will remove any injury. Also some beggars have normal medical kits too. There's actually an achievement for removing all the debuffs/injury before meeting Malice.
2. Kill the Ugly beggar for his gun and your boots, completing the errand. He also has a stim or two.
3. Get your Perception and agility back to normal before trying skill checks. That was you can more easily pass the checks for more stims and kits.
You should be at full health by the time Malice heals the last narrative debuff so your character will be useful.
During the Malice post getting two party members fight, it's best to stick your team up by his throne and burst/snipe him down. I did this fight on Unfair with only Argenta (Solder Arch Militant Heavy Bolter build using Heavy Stubber from arena chest), Yrliet (Operative Assassin using sniper from arena chest) and myself as a Sanctic Psyker Officer/GStrat that's just naturally talented. ;p
Which means I didn't have to really worry about turn order since I had a free Seize the Moment Officer turn and GS auto first turn to give Argenta and Yrliet extra turns before enemy. Not to mention both have high initiative form high agility anyways. Then once he's down just hold your ground bursting enemies as they get bottleneck, and snipe off ranged enemies with a ranged character. Or send Abelard to deal with them after you deal with all the melee.
