I haven't tested it myself, but I believe I recall another thread where someone complained that the targets were attacking their party instead of the targets' allies as intended.

I can confirm that this skill is bugged.

Description: If they fail their willpower test, they get an extra turn to attack their allies.
Reality: The ones that pass the WP test do not get the extra turn (correct). The ones that fail the WP test get an extra turn and target the player characters. (incorrect)
