Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader Stuck at chapter 2 HELP!!!

So, i cleaned up the whole map, brought back all the colonies , and its kinda supose to be a ceremony to make me legitable rogue trader, but nothings happening ,there is no quests for to do so,or whatever... i feel like revisited all location 3 times, but nothing new happens; noone wanna talk or anything.

i was wondering in space and developing my colonies... but still nothing happening

i just hope its not critical but which wount let me progress


if someone would be able to help, i would appreciate it sooooooooo much !

go to your palace and talk to your Seneschal's granddaughter she will tell you to talk to the master of ceremonies and viola you get the next set of scenes

unfortunately, when i talk with her, i dont have any new dialogue option.

Ok
Checklist time-
go to your journal and make sure it says that you are ready to talk to your chancellor and or the master of ceremonies. If it doesn't, you might be missing one tiny detail.... Without seeing your journal I can offer no other real advice.... bummer.

You have special guy who prepare you ceremony, you need to speak with him in your palace.

near her is Master of Ceremonies.

Specifically, whilst Clementia is on one side of the little stage facing the Rogue Trader's throne, the Master of Ceremonies who you need to talk to to start the ceremony is on the other side of it, further away from the throne and nearer the middle of the room.

after i "rejoin" 3 main worlds of von valancius dynasty, i just didn't get any other quests ,and in my journal ,there only 2 quests from 2nd chapter its

- Blades in the Void
-dreams and stories

I'm guessing blades in the void.
The characters in that quest seem to be tied to act 3 from what little of act 3 I've played
