Necrons have a "resurrection" mechanic, a cheap one. And in one fight you have to destroy the porters to end the fight. Toybox can interfere with scripts - hence it is used by so many - and that can cause trouble. When you press "kill all" in the fight with Kunrad, it hangs up like that, because the game doesn't get the correct signal to start the next script. However, if you have the problem without toybox, then it is a real bug (I never came across it) and might be resolved by a complete restart of the game and repeating the fight.
Do you mean ANY use of Toybox or smth combat-related only?
I have the same bug — some of Necrons are untargetable, like, they don't even show their healthbar (from the start of the fight, btw, or right after being spawned), yet I've use TB for forcing some of the stuck quests only.
UPD so, I have killed the untargetable Necron with Toybox and it worked, yet in turned out that there were 2 more UNACTIVATED (not even listed in turn queue) Warriors
