In most of my plays, I end up fighting Chorda with Hironymus being a part of her retinue. Sadly Von Calox is not, nor is Xavier, so I have to wait longer to interact in a meaningfully satisfying manner.
I'm not sure if you can even 100% eliminate Chaos without siding with her (I did and Chaos was fully destroyed in my run).
So nope, Dogmatic is the good solution there.
Also, I made Vladaym a servitor on my ship.
Surprisingly, I read some spoilers and Vladayum actually doesn't live long in Iconcoclast either, the man unironically is the most successful in Heretical route with Footfall basically devolving (or evolving) into a Chaos hive.
