Sanctified Staff where?
I know that a player psyker can start with one, but I know it's also possible to find one (for Heinrix). Does anyone know where it can be found?

I don't know about Chapter 4, but you can find at least one Sanctified Staff (outside the shop) in Chapter 2. However, despite having exactly the same name, appearance, and abilities, if you look closely at the description you'll find that the non-shop one does NOT scale from Resolve.

Again, don't know about the act 4 one, but pay close attention to that description. You want one with a power level based on resolve, otherwise it's completely useless. The shop one scales.
