It can certainly feel that way, at least until you sit down and compare RT with WotR. Best as I can tell, the amount of content is roughly the same without counting any dlc.
How many hours to complete for you?

Well I've got 191 hours so far. I'm satisfied with my purchase.

I'm 96 hours in of straight game time (not counting reloads), and I'm on the last quest of act 4, planning to complete Cassia' quest and some rumors, so I've probably got, Idk, 10 or so hours left until I complete it?

How?? Replaying or just going through as usual?

That sounds about like both Pathfinder games. Both took me around 100 hours the first time through. And maybe 80-ish on additional runs. Not sure what OP means. :steamfacepalm:

80 hours from the prologue till the end of chapter 5. It's Owlcat's shortest game to date.

i haven't completed it because of bugs, but i've gotten close 100hrs and i felt like was exploring and taking my time, which is alot shorter then WOTR or Kingmaker which both took me roughly 200hrs
I would say more content for Chapter 4 would be good. If you do everything you can in Chapter 2, its a rather short experience with only... 3? exploration encounters.

I mean, I started this thread trolling, but in reality it definitely could be longer. Act 1 was, I think, a good intro and pretty long (counting the initial part of the game on the ship), Act 2 was super long and awesome but then act 3 was so short and insular it really shouldn't have been its own act, just part of an act. I'm pretty disappointed with how short Act 4 is turning out... I just got the (important person's) invitation and found out the act is basically over after you complete their request, right when I thought it'd really be starting up.

Heh, considering the 'masterpiece' of dross that is BG3 is maybe 30/40 hours it is quite funny to see a 'short' Owlcat game :)

Real content is quite short sadly. The playtime is only stretched massively by:
- convoluted skill system
- wall of text dialogs
- too many loading screens (bridge -> map -> system bla)
- savescumming to pass skill checks
