pc shut down after patch 1.0.88

Ok so previous to this patch game ran great no issues whatsoever; however after patch game shuts down (not crashes) my pc.

PC specs:

GPU: Nvidia RTX 4080
CPU: Ryzen 7 5800x
Ram: 32 gigs
PSU: Seasonic Vertex 1200

Now it should not be a dying psu as its less then a year old and I do not have these issues with any other game or activity on this PC.

I have tried limiting the fps in game to 60, have turned off auto save and upload save to Owlcat as I heard that may help.

GPU drivers are up to date and i'm totally at a loss here.

Report this problem to the developers in-game by pressing <alt><b> and submitting a bug report after each time it happens. That will transfer to them information about the problem which hopefully they can use to find and correct the cause.

I tried disabling ICue as i had heard it might help, and while playing that time it did not cause a restart. Granted i only played for about 30 minutes so not sure if it was a fluke or not.
