Ruined Palace safe
So, I killed the mf with the Halo Device. In the room next to him there's a safe that you can break in. I pass the check, but can't get inside. Did anyone else have this bug?

Another question: can you do anything with the Halo Device apart from putting it on?

Nothing, by the way putting it on is also bugged.

To future readers: You can in fact put the halo device on and have it work. Just go to a planet with no party members, just yourself, and put it on. Should work from there.

Damn, where do you even get one? Thought I explored every planet but didn't see any Halo Devices.
