What does the [spoiler]Fiend of Vheabos VI [/spoiler] debuff do?

I keep seeing it pop up when I get close to foes in combat. I know it comes from the colony event but I can't find a debuff or description on my character or the enemy info sheets

I forgot what it does, but it is not a debuff but a bonus. The name comes from having chosen the hard option for a project on Vheabos VI. You can find out what the effect is when you check the colony projects on Vheabos.

[Mura]

All allies gain +10 Coercion, and when an enemy moves within 5 cells of a party member they have to pass a Willpower test with a +5 bonus or get staggered for 1 turn. They have to pass a separate test for each party member they get close to.

Staggered gives them a -20 penalty to all physical tests; Weapon and Ballistic Skill, Strength, Toughness, and Agility
