Just go to the Officer Cabine an near the table is a treasure where is everything in it. Preorder bonuses and Deluxe edition stuff. Voidfarer stuff is permanent available

Not sure how far you are in the game yet, but you won't have access to the 'stuff' til after the prologue finishes and you go to your cabin.

If you're past that point and its still not there, you'll probably need to contact Instant Gaming.

Those aren't pre-order bonuses. Those are bonuses for the special edition bought directly from Owlcat.
