Then again, I'm not sure why I didn't notice it, I guess I expect to NOT be able to repair my ship mid-battle.
I guess Scotty in engineering is saving our butts at the last moment.
Yeah, I know about the possibility and try to not use it in battles. I mean I haven't used it actually yet a single time, but I save scum as crazy.
The game is sadly becoming more and more unhinged like this the more I progress into it. They really need to button down on their quest coding at the moment, it's possible to even dupe items in some dialogues.
Are you all serious? Is repairing your vehicle or strongpoint midcombat so obviously a bug? xD I mean I don't know if intended or not either but it being intended doesnt strike me as odd, like the 20,000 crew are on this ship to begin with, with generations of people living and dying on it to be as self-sufficient as possible, and if they dont work while im busy fighting in space
then im not sure why are they here to begin with? Because Im pretty sure that when im NOT busy fightring in space all they do is randomly going crazy and murdering each other *as per blue collar tradition
And what skills you have to rise to improve your space shhoting? 40% chance to hit vs drukhari isn't great.
Yeah, still it's always like 4 of them shooting at me. Too much damage even for Shield Pulse.
Maybe I had to kite them, just run away, shoot and try to survive. But they are very fast and agile.
Once one of your shields gets blown fly away, restart, face that side away from the enemy.
Always reinforce your enemy facing shields. Always.
Remember the enemy can't do a full circle either so try and predict their next path toward you and use warp wave to spin them around if they're too close.
Just being able to repair while flying at all is kind of silly. Especially since one of the early game beats is you needing to find a drydock to repair the ship. Comparatively minor damage means you need a drydock but having a bunch of chaos guys broadside your ship until it is 99% destroyed you can fix by just glueing scrap on to the ship.
Sounds about right!
