What resources are most valuable/must be extracted ?

Just started the game, finished Janus, I see that I can Plasteel for example but on some planets I get 3, on others 2
On what should I use Extractium on ?

plasteel is most common and some nodes are 5 or 7, adamantium is more rare and goes around 2 to 3 each node, prometheum is kinda rare but 5-7, xenotech is rare and has around 3 per node, get a balanced amount of each

You find much, mucho plasteel and Promethium.

I would suggest focus on Adamantine, Xenotech and Xignilion (you know the diamond thing, spelling).

But you will gain a lot of extractiums by liberating all 3 planets AND you can remove an extractium and re-apply elsewhere.

So in the end should I extract everything I find besides plasteel ? Atm I am not extracting anything and just writing in excel how many they are and on what planet.
Is it a waste of time, since I have to come back to every planet ?

Basically you only harvest plasteel that is 5 and above.
Promethium, 4 and above.

Get as much as the others as possible.

The last ones on the bar are the rarest.

Don't waste extractors on low quantity (around 2) plasteel or provision sources
