Lethality question

I’ve just started asssasin on my operative forge world crime lord my bs per and int is 50 but my agility is actually low , so my lethality is based of my dodge penetration not dodge so I was wondering should I level agility now to get my dodge higher or keep working on int ?

Perception gives Dodge Reduction, so I would make sure to pump that or Agility to keep Lethality up, but not both.

Feel free to ignore agility. Just stack perception and dodge reduction and pick up talents that generate exploits on enemies. Analyze, expose weakness and then Killing Edge for tons of damage, literally thousands later on.
