According to the files you see one of Tervantas's wracks there and they talk like you have no idea who that is. I cant shake the feeling that these two ice planets were meant to be switched over, because neither of them suit the act they are in but seem to suit the other's nicely.
I see that many people are not fans of Owlcat's optional mini-dungeons and mini-boss encounters, but I liked that form of extra content in all their games, PoE Deadfire did something similar with their uncharted islands, it's nice, and it's surely much better than some Bethesdian storyless radiant quests and "points of interest" with spawning bandits/dragons/sheep/whatever else RNGesus will give you.
