Some Colony Events have no positive/good outcomes and hurt the player experience.
There are more bugged Colony events where the stat outcomes do not correctly reflect what is stated. All the bugged outcomes only work in the negative for stats.
I also made sure that when picking bonuses form events, to reload and check which stat was the lowest out of all three. That helps too.
So by end game you have around 20-25ish in every colony stat on every colony regardless of penalties like Word Bearers (being the absolute worst). That should keep your stats above 10 by the time you finish Chapter 4 with more than enough room to farm/max Reputation and get max character/ship level by the beginning of Act 5.
