also sniper and ulfar bolter was a good idea
every hit the hellbrute takes, gives it a stacking buff. so 1 to 0 damage from cultists shooting at it makes it very strong!
Personal note: devs, the difficulty of that fight is high, the loot should mirror that... it did not! no special items from what i found, mostly just cargo of misc, provisions, some weapons and ship parts, and mabye 3 stacks of holy items. about 2k rep of items, possibly 2.5k. cultists were the only ones to dorp loot and it was basic armor/guns for selling.
Hellbrute over 1k hp, 3 chaos space marines with 500hp who melee and kick you prone!. and about 10 cultists who shoot and buff the hellbrute that can 1 shot some of your team by turn 3 with autocannon type weapon!
He so big you can't miss.
The space adventure of the noble nerd, the fish girl and the Bolter girl.
Personally, I had Pasqal and Idira stack a ton of exploits on it, and then nuked it with Idira's psychic shriek. No amount of armor and deflection could save it from having its brain melt inside its head when I triggered like 50+ stacks of exploits in one attack
Took me a few tries but it worked eventually.
The best way is to move on side to have the walls protection on fight beginning.
The Hekaton rifle was very useful to wipe the brute and the marines
