Quetza Temer Still Super Broken?(SPOILERS)

Just got done with Quetza Temer. Most pain in the arse side missions in the game as well as the location of the most irritating map. Finished Idara's and Yrliet's quests, saved Winterscale from the Bloodletter and told him I'd take him back to his ship and that's that. Nothing really happened after.

I would have assumed there would be a cut and time skip after that last bit of dialog but nah, just opens back up for me to run to the shuttle and return to ship. Idara's quest seems broken after too. I have 2 markers uncompleted on her quest to find the door and to speak with her on the bridge. Thing is I can't interact with her (also love the bug where crew members alternate between T-posing and dropping dead). Also cannot interact with Winterscales ship.

Warping out doesn't seem to fix it. Going back to the surface doesn't fix it. Ran back to the forest settlement and Calligos and his retinue are still there.

I did get a popup to come speak to the inquisitor but I have concerns about continuing due to these issues and even though I completed Jae's quest beforehand, I got a popup before arriving at Quetza Temer that she was planning to leave me cause I didn't complete her quest(?).

Anything I am missing or am I ♥♥♥♥ out of luck? Really don't want to start over.

Quetza is broken for me too. I can't convince Calligos to let the eldars go even after succeeding every skill check.
There is no followup to Calligos being rescued, you just go back to the ship.
As for Idira, her quest sucks anyway, you may as well leave it.

At least one variation of it.
Still bugged, reloading save before entering that region does not fix it.

I told Yrliet to ♥♥♥♥ off during space conversation, she went to planet on her own. But I'm iconoclast character, so despite not liking Yrliet, resolved situation peacefully and Yrliet still wants to stay in my party. OK. Fine...
THAN WHY THE ♥♥♥♥ ARE YOU STARTING COMBAT YRLIET?!?!
So yeah, I can't finish that quest unless I kill her. Which I don't want so game is back on ice.

I knew the game would be buggy but I didn't expect this much of a mess. Thanks for the heads up SalemMcGee. I also fixed my issue with Idara by warping around a couple times as well.

Seems kinda odd that there's no followup with Calligos. It really feels like there should be a time skip and dialog considering what happens.
