Can't open the main door in Eurac V.

[Miss Brain Problems]

As per the title. I never had this issue until a recent restart. I can get to the cogitator that I remember being able to open the main door on previous runs, but when I go to the dialogue that I remember allowing me to open the main door ("[Awaken the cogitator] into [Switch to the main chamber controls]." I just get a single option to return to the previous dialogue menu.

I have run all over the area of Eurac V that I currently have access to, clicking on every single last interactable that I can click on, going through every dialogue possible, restarting from before I contacted Eurac V *multiple times*, but nothing. The worst part? I started another run *from full scratch* and I am now still encountering this bug. The only difference that I can think of between the runs I am having this problem on and the other runs is that I'm playing a Noble background, though I don't see why that would be causing it.

If anyone has any solutions, I would be incredibly grateful.
