[SPOILERS] Thoughts on the endings
1. Letting Nomos absorb C'Tan felt like a giant mistake. Sure, mega powers of unknown quality, but Imperium wages war, warp routes are cut off and we're on our own in a tiny region, whether Astronomicon works at all is giant question. Replayed it immediately for a much better Imperium ending, Inquisitor's was an ok dude after all. Pretty satisfied with still mostly Iconoclast endings, they're pretty good for the most part.
2. Not letting Pasqal raise his Ego flag next time. Not merging into Amarnat was a mistake - dude became metal cold heretical killer, even though RT and Abel had I tried to calm his bloodthirst. Killed Yrliet as well later.
3. Not letting Marzipan get his raiding Kabal back next time. Dude's gonna become too successfull and kill Abelard's granddaughter later.
4. Cheering up Argenta and not letting her overthink things or having regrets is cruicial for the success of her quest (mega power armor) and good ending. Stay one-dimensional, you trigger happy nun with a gun!
5. Abelard and Idira died after some time of natural causes, but got quite satisfying endings. They felt like they were the best comrades, doing their duty to RT as long as they were able. One thing of note is next time I'll make sure to kill all of the relatives of the conspirator that tried to frame Abelard's house.
6. Jae didn't manage to keep herself afloat for long, but I think she was in over her head trying to become someone akin to a rogue trader. Got what she deserved.
7. Cassia's romance ending was pretty good. Purified her Atlas and she became a successful Novator and her family prospered even without its powers. She passed on her genes in an arranged marriage, but still was in touch with RT, even though duty eventually separated them. Was pretty ok vanilla romance.
8. Yrliet finished her Outcast path and went on a Warrior path trying to avoid conflicts with humans. But damn Pasqal killed her later, see point #2 on how to prevent this.
9. Heinrix ending was kinda conflicting with RT's because the Inquisitor left the Warden of the Expanse badge for the RT in the Imperium ending, but somehow Heinrix got it too. But he has learnt too much Iconoclasty from RT and had to go into hiding after assassins tried to kill him. I regret nothing!
10. Ulfar got back his pride and went back to his comrades. Didn't pay too much attention, he was kinda boring throughout the game, your typical ale swinging, loud mouth viking or something.
11. Colonies were mostly ok, having xenos allies in Janus was good call, but I'll have to scale down on piracy leniency next time. It was getting out of hand in some places.
12. Managed to turn Incendia and Calligos to my side, but only Incendia got recruited (maybe because Calligos became a cripple) and since she has repented she decided to leave her RT post later, the dumbass. Gotta think some more what to do with her next time...
13. Factions were pretty chill as well. Nothing bad.

Anyway, none of the ending slides bugged out on me thankfully and I've managed to get almost all that I wanted to see. But man, is late part of the game rushed something awful. Act 5 especially needs more work done and playing with Toybox is a must if you want to complete all the quests properly. Game's very rough around the edges.

Here's my endings and how I might have got them so you can learn and help make decisions.

Pasqal: I let Pasqal become Amarant... he still kills Yrliet. The only way to save Yrliet is to push her down the "Outcast" path not the "Warrior" one... or to kill Pasqal which is an option. Honestly, Pasqal is a very viscious borderline heretic and I think the rest of the Expanse would be better off without him. In his Amarant ending he causes strife and wanders off, potentially dying anyway. I don't like him anymore...

Marz: Kill him, one less Dark Eldar.

Argenta: I encouraged her bloodlust a little to much and pushed her down the 'Fiery Anger" path. She became a heartless bish with no redeeming qualities other then murder. Its an instant annoyance as she talks down to you and grumbles how pointless what you do is compared to her mission, despite the countless heretics and demons you've slain together... in the Iconoclast ending you legit kill or trap her which is hilarious. (So the only way for a decent outcome for her is to push her down a 3rd path, the Glory? path. Not sure how to get that, but humility equals Repentia and Fiery Faith equals a raging psychopath who murders entire cities and forgets everything about protecting people.

Alby and Idira: I might let Idira live next run. I will try not bringing Abelard to Chapter 3 so he doesn't get dementia about his dead wife.

Jae: Legit the only companion who got a happy ending and the companion I couldn't care less about lol. I nudged her down the "Shadow Dealer" path somehow and she becomes a shady string puller. Not bad.

Cassia: Not sure if its a bug or what but I couldn't convince Cassia step down from her position or purify the Atlas. Which is strange cuz she was completely dependent on me the entire playthrough and got the "Subservient" ending where she was so gentle and kind hearted she gets assassinated despite being my love... my companion wipes out her entire family out of revenge which is quite a tragic outcome as I doubt Cassia would have wanted that (Probably felt good though...)

Yrliet: Same, she goes warrior and dies at Pasqel's hands. I could try to push her down the outcast path but I think that ending sucks as it basically means she becomes a pirate which will probably be killing humans and allies of mine... so getting rid of Pasqel might be preferable as he does so much damage to others anyway. The way to get her to be an Outcast is unknown to me as I didn't say anything aggressive or warlike that I could think of... not sure why hanging out with humans and having good experiences would make her think "Man, I need to start fighting more people."

Heinrix: His ending really sucks as an Iconoclast cuz it seems he either died somehow or went into hiding like you surmised. That's really all that happens from an Interrogator learning not to follow orders blindly? Its not like his ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of a boss was a mindless follower lol.

Ulfar: I was his bro and supported him and he became pack leader of the Stormbiters cuz the old leader dies. (By Pasqel again of all people! Tech priest is a psychopath.) He almost dies but becomes a Terminator despite his objects. He kinda just rolls with it and goes on another adventure.

I saved the nobles and the Electro priests and I regret that. The nobles without commoners buy pirates and mercenaries and become pirate nobles which is kinda cool tbh lol. The Electro priests build a ship and... float around generating electricity. OK?

One potential bug, I was best bros with Vlada the Mafia leader guy and maxed out his factions rep... but I got the middle ground rep ending like I didn't make out his factions rep? Not sure why that happened...
