I'm trying to be nice when I say this, but you can look at the weapons stats window where it tells you what class of weapon a weapon you are looking at is in the top corner.
A weapon class is defined by its ammunition.
The solid class uses conventional ammunition, whereas the others use sci fi stuff. It's the counterpart of the primitive melee class.
Yeah, no. Bolters are not solid projectile weapons. You can see this info on the weapon's stat window you know?
