I got the code for hendrix's mission but the game keeps saying that I don't have it, is the only solution is load an older save file? any idea?

Are you sure you have the right code? There are multiple cogs on Kiava you need to deal with. The one for Hendrix's mission is in a mini-zone through a door on the far side of the rotating bridge. Its different than the one at the end of Kiava.

Whe you defeated the final boss and got the code I assume you went to the place with the heretic machine. If you destroy it right away the quest will appear as failed. If that is not what you meant, there are two places that needs a code, one of them can't be acces without doing a ship book event and choosing the bridge option. Hope it helps

Thank both I found the Hendrix's cog, I was confusing places and missions. Now the cog that I don't know how to access is the one at the side of a yellow line with a "no entry " locate it north, top tight on the map.

its 100% not essential to any quests. i couldnt use it in two separate playthroughs. If you got what Hendrix wanted, u can feel free to leave

If you mean the one behind the secret wall, you'll need to find a valve and attach it to the wall. The valve is in a nearby traincar. Not too hard to find. You may need to be on the 'Classified Information' quest to access it.

When you exploring the koronus expanse, you will come across a Voidship that will require you to go through a "Book Scene", in there if you play your choices right, you will find out who own the ship, and get the code for the cogitator on Kiava Gamma. I won't spoil anything but the correct choice for me to find out about the code is to pick the bridge team
