Act 4 Heretic issues

So I've gotten the two pieces of the blade, have a Chaos shrine in my quarters, assembled the blade at the shrine, got my Hereticus to level 4 (through Toy Box, admittedly), and yet both Uralon and the Edge of Daybreak still tells me to get bent. Am I missing something here? Because both guides online and the Heretic mission tells me I should have the option to side with them at this moment, and yet I'm constantly forced to kill them.

Any help, or even a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ step by step explanation, would be really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ helpful, because I genuinely don't feel like finishing the game right now if all my hard work as a Heretic was for nothing.

I have a feeling that this is a sign that I need to start all over from scratch with a new campaign, because my immediate response is "what names?".

Heretical quests will reveal the name of the sword bit for bit. Third name is likely the keyword needed during The Siege. Maybe talking to the shrine more often could help.

Is there something you need to do to get the third name? Because I've tried talking to it multiple times after bumping up my Heretic score, but all I get is the option "offer a prayer to the Gods" which just gives me 3 extra wounds.

Having a high enough Heretical rank, being regarded as a living god by your subjects and have both shards in your inventory, probably. I got the dialogue naturally after some time.

You could try trigger the dialogue after a couple of warp jumps. Or maybe by adding the shards again via toybox and see if that makes a difference.

Wait, is this the dialogue where the shards are fused together? Because I went through that at the start of act 4. Thing is though, I have a very bad memory, so I don't remember how many names I got from the altar back then.

In my case my Rogue Trader absorbed the shards, got the third name and could say said third name via an dialogue option during The Siege. It's hard to miss since the option is but a single word.

Right, it's official then, I must have clicked wrong somewhere during the altar scene, because I don't have that name option anywhere. Oh well, time start all over from scratch, I guess.

One last thing you can try is to see if manually completing the quest flags via toybox helps.

I'm hoping you know, I have a couple questions relating to basically this little chunk. I've done all the heretic stuff, absorbed the shards, I don't remember the words particular because that was a few days back but I reached the fight on what I assume is the 'Iron World', Eufrates II.
I had a heretic option but it implied joining them, so I didn't do that because I heard there's a heretic path that's going your own way rather than serving them. But when I beat the fight, nothing at all happened, no dialogue, no grabbing the third shard, I could just leave and apparently some stuff was taken away. The questlog updated with two objectives under Call of the Edge, one same as before, supposedly not completed, to do with going to the Iron World. Pretty sure I did that with Eufrates. And another now called 'Choose your destiny' which implied that I can side with them or become like, a solo heretic of some sort. I finished the planet entirely and left, neither updated from there.
I'm concerned because I've had a good few bugs that so far haven't impacted quests and things have gone fine, but if the quest ends up bugged it'd be really annoying. I've also had a lot of issues with the questlog having very weird updating times despite everything proceeding right, so it could just be that.
Sorry for the long post but, do you know anything about it? Am I bugged? Do I just need to keep going?

That's probably the reason. If you had picked the heretical choice then the game would have initiated Choose your Destiny and presented two choices to you. Either get the sword reforged by the greater daemon, or worship it instead. But since you fought them instead as a heretic, I wager the quest 'broke' rather than 'failed'.

"Choose your destiny" has triggered again (I went back to a save before the whole fight), and when talking to the Edge of Daybreak I chose the heretical option, and it said
"Curious... However, your path is woven a different way. I gaze into the future and do not see you among my ranks. That means I have no need of you." This was to note, right after defeating Uralon. AND I am currently at rank 5 of heretical. Again, it ended the same way. Any thoughts? And very much appreciate the help so far.

Could be a sign of either not completing all herital tasks, thus missing out on something required to trigger the right response, going against Chaos at some point prior, encountering a past quest log bug, or maybe a side effect of giving yourself Zealot rank in toybox.

Any thoughts on what I could mess with in toybox? I think the main thing that could've broken the progression may have been not getting the companions leaving me because of being heretical thing, after talking to the Inquisitor fellow.

I did the blade shards at rank 4 and received two names and was told I had to go find the third name and become a rank 5 zealot or I wont get to choose my destiny but even after reaching rank 5 naturally from heretic options the "become a zealot" doesnt update and the shrine still only gives me temp wounds
