So, I just got an event where the crew were saying what a great and humane leader I was, and someone mention the celestium observatory, asked if I wanted to see it, and then I just appeared in front of it without any other inputs. Is this intend, or is it a bug?

I had something similar where some missionaries showed up to congratulate me for my faith, added a holy relic display to the bridge, and now my bridge is resplendent and gold after saying I would like to pray to ut. Seems like it's just a decoration thing and a minor buff that shows up on your character (maybe after you use the item it added?)

THey said they found lots of ancient weapons but I didn’t get anything that I can see and no cargo notification.

Also, wtf is where the points system? I'm getting thrown fanatic options, but I don't even have the points needed to have reached fanatical, even without having made a few different choices!

I'm pretty sure it's just a cosmetic upgrade to the bridge to reflect your new alignment and the thing about finding ancient weapons is just confusing "fluff" text. it's a little harder to spot at first glance with iconoclast because the color scheme isn't radically different, but if you look you'll notice the bridge has more blues, telescopes, and an overall more 'grand explorer/captain Nemo of the stars' kinnda vibe.
