You can get another improved one in Chap5, but that's late. There's also two heretic only ones in chap5.
Earlier, the only other heavy bolter I've encountered is the heretic only one from the CSM "Aurore" at the end of act 1. Honestly, in retrospect, it would have been worth it to take just enough heretical options to be able to equip that with the main character.
There's also a Storm Bolter you can get in Act 3 iirc. It's not a heavy, but it's decent with 6 rof and better armor penetration than regular bolters.
Mind you, there's a couple of regular bolters that are decent too (imperial pride, improved bolter, they will weep), but as you progress, rate of fire + armor penetration is king. The Exterminate and Cataclysm skills override any other weapon stat.
For reasons unknown to myself my high strength iconoclast trader can equip that heretic Bolter no problem. I somehow have the first rank in Dogma & Heretic unlocked though I have no points in either. Honestly not sure if that's a bug or not.
In chap 5, you find an artifact that fakes you having "heretic adherant" even if you have 0 heretical. I thought "great! I'll be able to equip those bolters!" But no... sadly, even though the artifact gives you the level 2 heretical title (adherant), you still don't have the level 1 title (follower), so you can't equip stuff that requires rank 1. Probably a bug but it doesn't work.
So if you want to ever equip those heretical bolters, you just have to get heretic follower for real (15 pts worth of decisions I think)...
Oh wow, that's a convenient bug to encounter. I've had no such luck =D
From my playthrough, you can't. There exist no Adeptus Astartes heavy bolters that the player can obtain. There's one used by a friendly NPC at the end of act 4, but you can't loot it.
Unless Ulfar can equip non Astertes heavy bolters like he can with meltaguns maybe... I haven't tried that.
1. Min maximizing the items you sell to the vendor
2. You farm warp encounters you need to fight for gear(weapon , armor, etc...)
3. You do projects in your colonies that grant you extra rep with your faction you desire
4. Some quests or colony events do give extra reputation with a faction
5. for example you don't try to min max all factions reputation. Imperial Navy is a must to max , others depend on build .
6. Be aware that shop items change (outside Imperial Navy) in Act 3, Act 4, Act 5 and after each arena fight with Tervintius and Commisar.
Great video explaning what and how much you need to maximize trading reputation.

Literally just "Shuriken Cannon" best I can tell.

It's from ganking Tervantias in Act 3, but does require a Dogmatic/Heretical choice to destabilize his shield (and invite a bunch of daemons into Commorragh first - which wouldn't be so bad but SOME COMPANIONS like to throw a fit about how they'll then just be strengthened to go feast in the material world next). I was an Iconoclast on my sole playthrough that reached that far yet, so can't say more than that from personal experience.
