SPOILERS - ACT 4 The Great Judgment Quest bugged?

During the Great Judgement Quest, I refused to do what Icendia Chorda wanted me to do (Trying to give away as little about the quest as I can here). When I refused it updated the quest and told me its the only way to move around the station freely and I should reconsider. But I have no idea how to progress? Am I supposed to talk to her again, because I've been trying to click on her and nothing happens. I left the station reloaded, came back still cannot talk to her or find a way to progress the quest. Am I missing something or is this a main quest that is broken so badly I cannot continue to play the game?

When I did this quest I also refused Chorda. After that, the Adeptus Amasecus location was opened to me on the Footfall world map.

I decided to help her out and nothing really happens after, she's still in the same place and you can't talk to her going that path either.

Same thing happened to me, only 26 minutes of progress was lost luckily but this is making me wait for more hotfixes

Same bug here, still... I can't talk again to Chorda after refusing to help her, because the pathfinding if blocked by an invisible wall, preventing me to approach her to talk. I thus, cannot "reconsider".
