Trouble at the Administrative Building with Jae

So I agreed to make Jae a representative, or something and I have to get some seals for her document, did that. Then there was a queue, to skip the queue needed to complete the Rogue Trader ascension ceremony. After that Jae is waiting for my rogue trader, we go to the administrative building, take our place in the queue and nothing. I'm stuck. Is this quest bugged or am I missing something? Please help.

It's bugged and still not fixed.... Choose the option to shoot at the crowd, the crowd will disperse and the clerks will spawn in their correct position. I know this absolutely breaks the immersion if you're not playing that type of character, but it is the only option that let's you complete that quest

Ugh, I'll wait for the fix. It's too late for me to do that. I don't have a save even close to when I can do that. Bleh.

I thought they fixed it, since the character gets stuck in a seated position. Still not working for me.

Whoa.. I read in the patch notes that the quest is fixed. Try to verify the integrity of the files on steam then try again. Otherwise I really have no comments. They fix one thing, 5 break.... I am very disappointed...
