Act 3 - item issue - makes game impossible

I loot items in Cammoragh.

I get that you shouldn't have access to your cargo - got it, all good.

HOWEVER - I also shouldn't be able to dump items to cargo.... and I should take ALL items I loot to equipment so I can use the items... but no...

Items go direct to cargo and I cant get them back out of cargo ... or I'm f*cked... no items to use, limited equipment and brutal fights means...

I had this bug, couldn't loot stuff right when I first got there. I saved and re-loaded and it went away.

I had the same issue - not sure if it went away when I saved and reloaded, or when I found the first of my companions, but it went away pretty quickly. I had thought the "no access to cargo" was deliberate because, like, you're stuck. In Commorragh. And your crew has no idea where you are or what happened. You have no access to your ship, so why would you have access to your ship's cargo hold?

I mean, I was thrilled when I discovered I *did* have access to my cargo, but I'd accepted it as being part of how the game was going.

You cannot take items from cargo, the OP is right.

You can't change the loot filtering, you can't remove items from the left hand side.

People who think you can, either had no items filtered or tried after the resolution of the commissar quest line which turns it off.

I got stuck on this too and had to do everything with a rusty spoon.

You get all your stuff back after the first arena fight, it's not that bad the first fight is very easy with the stuff you get when you first arrive

Once I figured out you could take items from cargo, I reloaded, put everything into cargo, pulled it back out after the intro sequence, and then proceeded to discover there were exactly two mandatory fights before you got all your stuff back anyway.

Maybe we're experiencing a bug. The problem for me was I had basically filtered everything that I was looting so it all went to trash. I quite literally fought off the whole first part with some rusty dagger.

The bug is it that you can actually take from.cargo.

Technically you aren't supposed to be able to access it
