Controller only bug: can't turn lights on in "Price of Humanity".

Update: Found it, it's a controller only bug.

I've cleared all nearby mandrakes, I have a character standing next to the light pole, there's a hand-in-circle interact icon and I just can't figure out how to interact with it (during combat). What am I missing?

Not sure if troll or clueless, or some weird bug, but just get next to the light and click the icon.

Yeah, to answer my own question, it's a "playing with controller" bug. I switched to mouse+kb and indeed, just clicking on the icon with a character in range works.

So I think that mission simply cannot be completed with a controller as there's no way to interact with the lamps.

This is also true on console. No mouse option so we’re screwed.

You can interact with a controller! But since you can’t see a cursor, you have to estimate where it would be and move it around until the option pops up. Janky but you can do it!

With controller, you have to move around a bit, until the cursor changes into a use/hand symbol. This is also true for looting highlighted bodies, that don't show "A". The worst with controller is the Space Travel, tho. There too exists a little trick. Click left stick to change to mouse mode, move the cursor almost all the way to bottom left, and the you can move over system's using right stick, without the cursor moving away (if you know, you know). Worth it, tho, playing on couch/tv ;)

It's not a bug. On a ps5 controller you hold down the left bumper and a cursor pops up allowing you to interact. They don't explain it very well.
