So I'm doing the quest Mercatum Tabula Officiale. And if ya don't want spoilers don't read on.
I got the seals and now I'm I went to turn it in. Only to find out I now have to deal with bureaucracy and wait in a queue. Not a big deal, surely they wouldn't force me to practically afk and actually physically wait to progress would they...would they? Honestly that's the question I have. I went to the spot that you can sit and wait in the queue. It gives me a little prompt saying people are playing instruments, singing and the like...then nothing. Leave Dialogue and now I'm sitting here staring at my character sitting in a chair, waiting for something. I got bored and floated around...literally, moving from the chair breaks your character animation so they're stuck sitting. Am I really just supposed to wait in real time for however long this takes?

There should be a list of options with various methods you can try to shorten the queue and option to just wait (plus one option to order your servants to prepare a more suitable waiting area). IIRC, you have to choose to wait three times before the quest progresses ( or you can choose other options to shorten the wait). Didn't have any issues here myself, but I heard this quest can be pretty buggy.
