The Door Quest (Idira)

Task — Find the world from Idira's visions. What world are we talking about? I've already been to Tervantyas' laboratory. This is not that world.

For me, chapter 4, I head to the nameless star system, Quetza Temer, after visiting footfall. I believe the Yrliet quest, Idira quest and the Winterscale quest all occur in this system on the same planet.

It is in the laboratory, after you have to do the athletics check there is a narro bridge on the right side. Just walk there.

you will find it during the main quest. same thing for ulfar quest

That only seem to help if they are in your party when you go to the area's where they have their quests. Going back later didn't kick the quest.

christ, both Idira and Yrliet's quests are bugged there. Even though i finished yrliet's quest, it stopped progressing, and even though i found the door for idira's quest, it failed me on the "find the planet part" retroactively. I'm really confused

Some quests are not updating on the quest state for the journal.

If you finish the door quest you have the entire dialog after solving it and the quest is marked as failed.

I also don't get it....
I did the quest. I opended the door, I killed the Farseer, she refused to wear the thing, I had to talk to her on the bridge, and after I did, I failed "Find the world from Idira's Visions"

WHAT?!

EDIT:
I think I know the problem.
So, right before the object failed, I could ask Idira if there are any news about the world we're looking for. Then I asked her how she's feeling, and the quest was done - with this objective failed.

Now I loaded the save prior to leaving the planet, and marked this objective as complete via toybox, the line to ask her about the news was gone.
So I think we were supposed to talk to her before going down to the planet, even though she already had mentioned it was this planet and she has to come with us, so I never did talk to her.
And that is the the "failed" part. I guess.

Found the world, found the lab, found her area, did her special thing and did the mind melding. All in all quest complete. Go onto the ship to talk to her and... QUEST FAILED.
What do you mean quest failed, we did exactly what she wanted and did everything!
