Yes it's crap. Even on your full team, if it was 25 each it would still be crap, agility sucks. Not only you don't need to dodge if everyone's dead, but even for dodging you're just better puting nimble on characters that need to dodge.
You focus on the talents you need, not those crappy talents. 90% of the origin talents are bad, but the imperial world are very crappy indeed.
Seriously, play the game after level 3 on hard mode, those talents are really bad. Even Nimble, that I hate, is better than that, because at least I can use nimble on a character that has actual chances to dodge. Pick a class talent, any class talent, and it's better than a marginal 5% agility. Especially on Argenta, the first common talent she can unlock is rank 7. The next one is rank 12, and you'll better pick Heavy Weapons//Bolter Expert or Flamer Expert, and if you want dodge ? Pick Nimble.
Abelard better picks MPs and HP. Or improve his brace for impact to give MP to other characters, giving MP to Argenta that can then use her flamer for free because you picked Flamer Expert instead of picking +5 agility and +5 toughness.
Indeed most of the origin bonus equipment in the game is Death World of Fortress World but most of your group are Imperial world or N/A.
Agility bonus is the biggest source of Initiative (that's very important in early-mid game + for Master Tactician / Officer buffer is important until the end of the game). And cheapest source of Lethality for Assassins (who do amazing damage). So it far from being "crap", even if that talent is indeed weak one.
I kinda want to put Know no Heresy on Jae as some kind of self-gimp LOL.
