Early game cheap buffs - Stronger Together & Know No Heresy
Your Companions count as Imperial worlders.

This lets them select 'Stronger Together' as the 3rd level up (2nd unlock) this gives your character +5 to one stat based on the Companion.

Abelard - Toughness
Idira - Willpower
Argenta - Agility

Next time around choose Know No Heresy for at least 1 of them for a player buff of +5% CHC & Armor vs Xenos & Chaos.

Heinrix (also Ch1) covers Strength
And Jae (early Ch2) covers Fellowship

I usually go for more interesting talents than Stronger Together, but its a valid enough way to go. I usually do Know no Heresy on Argenta. Seems a perfect one for her.

The description of "Know No Heresy" is totally misleading:

Imperial world characters gain +10% critical hit chance and +10% armour against xenos or daemonic creatures. Their allies gain half the bonuses of know no heresy.
However, Imperial world characters' Lore (Xenos) and Lore (Warp) are always 0.

The underlined sentence made me think that it will set xenos/warp lore of ALL my Imperial world characters to 0. It's the reason I didn't take it. Can someone confirm that it doesn't do that?

It sets the character that takes it to zero Xenos and Warp lore, it doesn't impact other characters.

It only affects the character who takes it. If you select the ability without confirming it, you'll see on your character sheet immediately that both those skills get hit with -200.

Its why I like giving it to Argenta, since she doesn't specialize in either of those skills. And is very anti-heretic.

Kind of a shame so many companions are imperial world. The other origins have so much more interesting stuff

It doesnt do that. It sets the owners (only) Xeno & Warp to -200 :D

That depends on your class and build, but some good Common talents include Swift Movements, Nimble, Dueling Mastery/Combat Master (if melee equipped), Grenadier, Heavy Armor Proficiency, Heavy Weapon Proficiency, Aeldari/Drukhari Weapon Proficiency, Characteristic Training: Strength (if necessary to get Heavy Armor), Overpower/Breaking Point, and Basic/Advanced skill for whatever 2 skills each character specializes in.

Both talents are weak and you shoulnd`t even consider picking them over class talents. On regular talents you do want to pick psyker stuff or special stuff, not these.

You get Aeldari Weapons at level 3? You dont get grenades either & no Heavy Armour. Half those skills arent selectable.

Basic & Advanced, yeah but no rush theres plenty of time to unlock em.

Early. 3rd.

At level 3, you should be buying an archetype talent almost 100% of the time, and every archetype has something that's way way stronger than +5 to a stat, which literally does nothing if your stats are an even number

25 agi on one character would be OK, but depending on the character might still be a waste of a talent point because not everyone needs or wants agi. Especially an archetype talent point because those are more valuable than common talents.

5 agi on each character is a complete waste. Again, not everyone needs or wants agi, and those that do will probably have a number that ends in 0 so you wouldn't even add to their bonus.
