This solved the issue, thank you!
1) A peace agreement with the Xenos (If Freedom Is No Longer Me) breaks the quest
It's important that she makes her own decision.
2) "What was, will be" (If NotMe is more Freedom) the atlas will be preserved, the representative of the renegades will be killed. I'm not sure about the ending, but there's a "sad" ending.
3)"True" ending (If Freedom Is No Longer Me) Cassia puts everyone in their place like a gigachat and says that she is the boss here and decided to modify the atlas. Everyone is happy with her decision. This is a real peaceful ending, not contracts with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ xenos that delay the inevitable.
But I play on Ps5.
- manage to have secks
- the romance didn't last long and she still fulfills her duty as a Novator
- she does marry someone else and pass on her genes
- her house prospers
- we still exchange letters
The trick is unironically keep her romance score low, but keep the peace with Eldar ending.
