Reach the Reactor is bugged in Gleam of the Final Dawn

From the quest I've completed Head to the monastery, Kill all the heretics, and Talk to the rescued Tech-Priest. These are all ticked in the journal. Now I need to Reach the reactor. The console I'm supposed to look at to put in the prayer-password given to me by the tech-priest is not interactable. I hold in the tab key to highlight interactable objects, and the console is not interactable. I double-checked with a youtube playthrough and the exact object I'm supposed to interact with is not interactable able in my game.

Maybe because I fought the cultists that ambush you in that hallway before I did anything else maybe I did things in an order that broke the game, I dunno. That's a lot of progress lost if I have to go way to the start of the monastery level again with no guarantee of what the outcome will be.

I thought the tech priests first and it was interactable, but no idea what you could do different
