A Reprieve From Torment quest in Act 3 - bugged?

The quest is either bugged or I have no idea what to do :D I exhausted all dialogue choices for all my NPCs, including twice checking on Heinrix to see if he's getting any better. But upon reaching the third and final gladiator fight and escaping, the quest is always showing as failed. Was I meant to do something else? Check something else...?
I am pretty sure I investigated pretty much everything - and my only failed quest should be that of the Flesh Sculptor because ♥♥♥♥ that guy. Was I meant to do/investigate something else...? Heinrix only says he will need some time to recuperate...

Also have this quest marked as failed, even though Heinrix did get better and re-joined the party (with no debuffs on him, I might add) - no idea what else I was supposed to do there, I have spoken with him about everything I could. He mentioned that it would "take some time" (which sounded like a lot of time the way he said it) to completely recover, so I was under impression that it wouldn't happen in Act 3.

Yeah that was my assumption as well - he did mention needing a help of a surgeon. I thought he meant the Flesh Crafter but there was no option for it either anywhere. If anyone would find an answer to that, that would be great!

Same here. When I first visited the Pit after rescuing Heinrix, I found him lying in the south part of the map. I talked to him, ah he told me that he almost recovered, and then romance scene happened. After that he can be found in the north part of the map, and you could ask questions about how is he doing or how he think we could escape. And this quest still appers in my Journal. And also failed after escape.

Looks like a bug, but does anyone know if it could affect something in his future quests?

Same here. I just finished the conversation meant to finish the errand quest, and just like most of the comments already mentioned it didn't be completed. I wonder if I can simply use the toy box mod just to complete the errand.

I am also bugged on that quest. but it took me three tries to actually save Heinrix. He didnt show up at the Pit the first two times. But finally I got him, got his romance furthered, and he rejoined the party for the rest of the arena fights. oh well...
