Heinrich Leaves Kiava Gama?

Upon getting to Kiava Gana and 'finishing' it, get the 'failed to get Lexicon (?)' - so failed that part of Inquisitor's personal quest (in Act 2). It then says that he takes a shuttle down to the surface and vanishes. Can you recruit him once more or is he gone for good?

ul talk to him later and he says hell rejoin your retinue but he never appeared in mine again. dont know if its bugged
