Stuck at Act 4

the Act 4-Quest "The GrandInquisitor and the Lord Captain" says I've to wait for an Invitation, but no matter how long I waint, nothing happens. Tried to visit the Inquisitor on Footfall without Invitation, but that doesn't work either. Any suggestions?

Doing other quests made the inquisitor send an invitation.

Did you go to the Nameless Star system to deal with Winterscale's quest? That's a prerequisite.

Need to deal with both Rogue Traders - then an invitation will come.
Although I wouldn't be surprised if this is another bug :D

Thank you so much, guys! Visited the Nameless Starsystem right before the patch and the Quest wasn't triggered. Instead the game brought me to the officerdeck - where nothing happened. Now i loaded an older Savefile, visited the Starsystem again and it worked.

Same happened to me with Pathfinder - could finished it after a year of patching!
But this is on me, I never learn even in this case :/
And I knew it!
