Codes for traversing minefields in prologue

Crime Lord Operative Hive World.

In the prologue in the 1st meeting with Theodora, I got a curious quest item out of the blue with no context. "Codes for traversing the minefields" or something like that. I got it in the dialogue with Theodora, by choosing the 3rd option on the quesiton of how to deal with Aion VI, which is Crime Lord specific I think. None of the other options give this quest item I believe, I tried a few.

I already reported it with the in-game bug report, but Im curious if this only occurs to me? I'll propably need to reload and choose a differenent response in fear of breaking the game from a quest item im not supposed to get yet.

I had something similar come up in my game, my commissar specific dialogue options says "You will lose: Codes for traversing the minefields."

I suppose it must be a bug? I have no idea what its referring to otherwise.

If you look at the item it has a cargo rating of 100% Mechanicus Creation - so it looks like a free cargo to me. I picked it up as a crime lord but I didn't get the same dialogue option as a psyker start so I suspect it's just a minor top up for those 'careers'.
