But yeah fired up and concentrated fire are a must have talents i would say.
sadly tool tips are super bad in this game so... best thing is just to test talents and see what they do and loads of them don't work as tool tips say or don't work at all(so testing is mandatory if you don't want to waste talents slots)
As soldier example Revel in Slaughter stacking only works on BS skill and not for crit and crit damage so sadly agility isn't as important as it should be if the skill was working as the tooltip says...
