Perpetual Pop ups for the Same Achievements

I'm constantly getting achievement pop ups for things like "dodged 500 times" and "500 critical hits". If I dodge 3 shots I'll receive 3 of these pop ups at once. Ultimately I'll have 20 pop ups a fight. It's beginning to grind on me.

I've put in a bug report but in the meantime does anyone have a cure minus disabling in-game Steam overlay? Delete a file, delete a folder, change a value etc..? Cheers.

I think it's just tracking the progress towards the achievement, but yeah it is rather annoying for it to keep popping up like that.

Yeah its letting you know you made "progress" towards it its pretty spammy.

That is just progress tracking. No idea why they put that in, when a nice bar with a number on the achievement would be fine.

You will note that these pop ups are dull and lacking in vibrant colours - they're notifications that youve gained one more point towards the full achievement, which will have brighter colours in it.

They still broken, I got some for things that are done at end game.

Yup. Somewhere in the middle of act 1 I got an achievement for scanning all the planets and reporting to the Epxlorators. I haven't even met the Explorers then. But hey, I'm in the 0.1% club now ;)

Same, I got the achievement for winning all void battles together with the one for winning the first void battle at the very beginning of Act 2

This is idiotic. I'm playing Dirt Rally, going at insane speeds over dirt roads and most of the scenery is blurring past, and I have this moronic progress popup distracting me every five seconds because it's counting to 100 every time the car gets the tiniest bit airborne.

So I have to put up with being distracted 100x because steam didn't bother to ensure this is disabled when you disable the overlay, both in game and in account settings.

Seriously??????????????

Terrible User Experience, Steam. Just boneheaded to a new level.

I don't think this is tracking progress. Its just plain bugged. Because i am pretty sure i've already dodged and crit 500 times with 800+ hours played.
