Many jumps after I got a package with Kor's head I see him alive at Jae Heydari's celebration.

Maybe event with "gift from falco" was erroneously too early?

you basically do the party before you recieve the package , how did you manage to get it before is a mystery

Just event on unsafe jump. If I remember cocrrectly, "Mercatum Tabula Officiale" was in progress and I was in transit somewhere on route Kiava Gamma - Dargonus - Janus

I found this incredibly jarring too. Somewhere early into Act 2 after Jae joined the group, I get an event where Kor's head is sent over as a 'gift' to Jae, and she's distraught.

A good 12h later near the end of Act 2 I complete the Mercantum Tablua companion quest, and go to her celebration before my inauguration, only for Kor to casually be at the party...

Definitely feels like some triggers for the Kor's head-in-a-box event are happening out of sequence.

This happened to me too. I wasn't sure if the coffee and ice-tea I've been drinking while playing the game were clouding my memory. I guess I was right to be scratching my head at the Trickster Twins being a fully functional pair.
