Hard-stuck in chapter 4 - Eufrates II war council

Hello, in chapter 4, you have a triggered event when you enter the bridge, in which high factotum Janris updates you about the state of affairs during your absence.

Problem is: this conversation now triggers every single time I enter the bridge, including when you have other events. Right now I have to start the war council (on your bridge) at Eufrates II, but when you pick the option to start it and the game loads into the bridge, instead the conversation with Janris triggers, after which nothing else happens.

Tried reloading / verifying game / trying some toy box options, but the war council will just not trigger as long as the Janris update keeps triggering (and it keeps triggering, even if you finish it, go back to the map, start the war council again, etc. etc.)

I'm having the same issue. Every time I've gone to the bridge since escaping from Commoragh that cutscene has triggered.

Get Toybox - its a mod from Nexus. I struggled a bit, but you can find an event called 'war council' or something and you can force start the event from there! Allowed me to complete the game...
