Buggy Camera And Movement

Why do the characters do a mini speed burst and teleport back into formation on every click to move? If you click fast enough they just strobe all over the place. The movement could really use some work.
While exploring, the camera tends to jump when you click the ground while using WASD to pan. When doing a long pan, the camera will be smooth, skip, then be smooth again.
I really want to enjoy the game, but the glitch feeling is ruining it for me.
