How important is Mercatum Tabula and if it's okay to continue without it :)?

Hey there guys, my Mercatum Tabula is bugged being unable to complete it, Jae has raised it back to my attention after finishing the ceremony to complete it and I feel pressured to continue the game as it feels like a point of no return.

I do wish to continue playing but just wanted to check if any of you had insight on how important would it be moving forward without finishing / failing Mercatum Tabula?

It's an important part of Jae's questline. Important to the overall narrative? Eh. I'd recommend using Toybox to fix it if you care about Jae (which is what I did), otherwise you can move on and just hope she doesn't leave your party.

Ah hey there man, alright so I'll try to explain best I can:

0) Save your game before attempting.
1) Open up 'ToyBox' in-game. (Ctrl+F10 was my shortcut key to open)
2) Click on 'Quests' button. (Should be directly below Bag of Tricks button)
3) Once in 'Quests' tab, check 'Show Unrevealed Steps'.
4) A list of quests will show up, scroll and find your desired quest.
5) Click the '>' arrow key next to it and it'll open up a drop down menu.
6) Once opened to the right of it you will see a 'Finish' button.
7) Now the key is once you hit finish, that will mean the associated step is completed, you have to enable 'Show Unrevealed Steps' and start the next step in the quest line.
8) Proceed in-game as normal or if you are still stuck, hit the finish button until your desired outcome.

That should be the gist of it, Toybox -> Quests -> Find desired quest -> Hit finish till desired outcome.
