Can anyone tell me what is the trigger for Calcazar's summons in the quest "the lord inquisitor and the lord captain" ?

It says in the journal that there is nothing else than waiting to be summoned, and after going around the whole maps for hours with no other quests to do (only errands and companion quests), nothing has happened.

Do the Hunting Grounds quest in Nameless star. if you can get it to work
